Delores D. “Dude” Hinote, 73, a native and resident of Robertsdale, died Friday, April 27, 2012.
Mrs. Hinote was a long-time employee of Pope’s Grocery, Robertsdale. She loved to fish and travel with her sisters, “The Golden Girls”.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Hinote and daughter, Tonia Collins.
She is survived by three daughters, Wanda (John) Holsclaw, Elsanor, Loretta Riggins and Lisa Lee, both of Robertsdale; one son, Michael Hinote, Robertsdale, two sisters, Ruby Johnson and Jackie Marquard, both of Gulfport, Miss., eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be Monday, April 30, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, P. O. Box 650309, Dallas, TX 75265-0309. A private memorial service will be at a later time.
