Mary Chapich Diorio, 88, a native of Newborgh, N.Y., and a resident of Foley, diedWednesday, Aug. 8, 2007.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dominic Diorio; parents, Vasil and Sophie Chapich; two sisters, Ann Crawford and Helen VanBortle; one brother, Peter Chapich.
Survivors include a son, Joseph W. (Carol) Diorio of Foley; grandson, Joseph W. (Gina) Diorio II; granddaughter, Leah Diorio Marti; great-grandson, Joseph W. Diorio, III; nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
A memorial service will be held in Milton, N.Y., at a later date.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Foley.
