Donna Gary Dodson, 54, died Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, after a long illness.
She was a Registered Nurse, employed by South Baldwin Regional Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James J. Truxillo, Mr. and Mrs. R.C. Gary; and a niece, Grace Marion Gary.
Survivors include her husband, Tim Dodson; four children, Christopher Paul Dodson, Melissa (Gavin) Theriot, Tricia and Krystin Dodson; granddaughter Abigail Claire Theriot; her parents, Donald and Grace Gary of Houma, La.; two brothers, Jimmy (Mona) Gary and John (Lisa) Gary; two sisters, Charlotte Gary (Art) Wolfe and Anne Gary (Laban) Bergeron; nieces and nephews, Emma and James Gary, Lauren and Kendra Bergeron, Trent and Nicholas Bergeron.
Visitation begins at 9:30 a.m. with a funeral mass at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 1900 E. Main St., Houma, La.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association
