Dora Carter, 59, a resident of Foley, died March 14 at her home. Dora is survived by her sister, son and daughter a long-time companion of 15 years; and four grandchildren. The family will have a private memorial. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Breast Cancer Awareness. The family is having a private memorial.
