"font-family:">Mrs. Palmer is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond A. Palmer, and is survived by two daughters, Sylvia Starling of Montrose and Carolyn P. Williamson of Mobile; one sister, Willoweise Langham of Fairhope; one brother, Aquila Langham of Fairhope; grandchildren, Kimberly Wagner, Charles Starling III and wife, Michelle Fears Starling, and John Read Williamson; and great-grandchildren, Alison Bell, Gabriel Wagner, Mykael Cole Wagner, Charles Palmer Starling, Anna Claire Wagner and Trenton Starling.
