Eleanor Rebecca Goodwin Dorman, 77, a native of Georgiana, a longtime resident of Fairhope and Orlando, Fla., died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009.
She retired from the Food and Drug Administration in Orlando.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Carlos R. Dorman of Fairhope; daughter, Karen R. Dorman of Seattle; sister, Earline Moore of Rainbow City; brothers, Pete Goodwin of Georgiana and Jack Goodwin of Robertsdale; nephew, Richard T. Dorman of Mobile; sister-in-law, Aline Maskin of Robertsdale; numerous other nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, March 2 at Mack Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Rock Cemetery in Robertsdale.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association, 4400 Bayou Blvd. Suite 49A, Pensacola, FL 32503 or to the Lupus Foundation of America, P.O. Box 631047, Baltimore, MD 21263-1047.
