Dorothy Jane (Lehmann) Artabasy-Youngberg, 93, passed away peacefully on Monday, Dec. 2, 2013 at the Miriam Hospital in Providence, R.I.
Daughter of the late William Lehmann and Lillian Lehmann (Rahmanop), she was born in Oak Park, Ill. and briefly attended Michigan State University.
Dorothy survived two husbands, Raymond J. Artabasy and Raymond C. Youngberg M.D.
She was a creative, artistic person who loved riding horses, gardening, homemaking and painting.
She will be sincerely missed by her surviving daughter, Susan Norrie; her son, R. Joseph Artabasy Jr. and his wife Jane; her granddaughter, Kate Hanley and her husband Scott Rodenhizer; and her two great-grandchildren Lillian and Theodore.
A service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013, at 11 a.m., at Toon Funeral Home in Downers Grove, Ill.
Burial will follow at The Clarendon Hills Cemetery in Darien, Ill.
