Dorothy Marie Rayburn Lewis, 85, born in Haynesville, La. and a resident of Stockton, died Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Oakwood Nursing Home.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her children, Jean Lewis (Hubbard) Minchew of Bay Minette, Jim Dalton (Karan) Lewis of Stockton and Dwain (Jennifer) Lewis of McAllen, Texas; seven grandchildren, Michael Minchew, Kathy Cooley, Brandon Lewis, Mark Lewis, Betsy Lewis, Audrey Lewis and Matthew Lewis; and six great-grandchildren, Christopher Minchew, Morgan Cooley, Cameron Lewis, Courtney Lewis, Dalton Minchew and Joshua Minchew.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dalton Ray Lewis; three brothers and one sister.
Graveside services and burial will be held Saturday, May 24, 2014, at 4 p.m., at Old Town Cemetery in Haynesville, La., with the Rev. Matt Lewis officiating.
The family will receive friends Friday, May 23, 2014, from 6 until 9 p.m., at Norris Funeral Home.
