Dorothy Mary Potter, age 84, passed away Feb. 17, 2013 in Orange, Texas.
She was born June 25, 1928 to Lawrence and Ida Trent in Baldwin County, Alabama. She worked in retail and was a homemaker for most of her life. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Daniel Jackson Potter, and longtime friend, Johnny Bradberry. She is survived by her four sons, Larry Potter Sr. of Sulphur, La, John (Wanda) Potter of Orange, Texas, Michael (Melba) Potter of Orange, Allen (Belinda) Potter of Orange, nine grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Condolences can be made at www.forestlawnmpfh.com.
