Dr. Terry Phillip Dixon, age 69, a native of Bethel, Ohio and a resident of Daphne, Ala., passed away Saturday, July 11, 2015.
Dr. Dixon was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Annabelle Dixon; and his brother, Steve Dixon.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Dixon of Daphne, Ala.; brother, Tim David Dixon of Ludlow, Ky.; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at Evarts Funeral Home, Evarts, Ky., Thursday, July 16, 2015, from 5 until 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at Evarts Funeral Home, Evarts, Ky., Friday, July 17, 2015 at 10 a.m. Interment and graveside services will be held in Bethel Township Cemetery, Bethel, Ohio, Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 1 p.m.
