SPANISH FORT, Ala. — Each year, in the spring and the fall, Dressbarn honors the contributions that teachers make to the community by hosting an exclusive V.I.P. (Very Indulgent Party) shopping event for them.  This year’s fall celebration is scheduled for Sept. 30 through Oct. 3, and every Dressbarn store, including the following dressbarn stores in the Spanish Fort area, will host an event on one of those four days.

*Dressbarn, located at Tanger Outlet Center,  which can be reached at 251-943-5281.

*Dressbarn, located at Eastern Shore Centre  suite 170,  which can be reached at 625-6505.

“Teachers give so much of themselves to our children, and it’s a privilege to be able to give something back,” says Vivian Behrens, executive vice president and chief marketing officer of dressbarn inc. “We believe that teachers are special, and we want them to feel that way. At our V.I.P. event, we look forward to welcoming Daphne-area teachers with great personal service and fashion tips to help them create a stylish and versatile wardrobe that works as hard as they do. Plus, they’ll enjoy 15 percent off their entire purchase.”

Dressbarn knows that a teacher’s day frequently doesn’t end when the school day does.

“A teacher’s wardrobe often needs to carry her from dawn through dinner, so it needs to be easy-to-wear and versatile enough to look professional in every situation,” explains Behrens. “At Dressbarn, we feature stylish separates that mix-and-match to stretch wardrobe budgets,” adds Behrens. “For example, a light-weight cardigan in one of this fall’s hot colors can take a basic dress or a pair of tailored pants from the classroom to a dinner date without missing a fashion step.”

Dressbarn stores in the Daphne area remind shoppers that V.I.P. shopping celebrations can be hosted at your local dressbarn anytime.

“This special shopping experience is perfect whenever you want to get a group of your friends together and be treated to fashion and fun at affordable prices,” Behrens says. “We’ll provide up to 10 postcard invitations that double as an exclusive discount for each guest and greet your guests with a personalized welcome sign and party favors.

“In addition, we’ll present you with a 25 percent off hostess coupon to say thank you.”
