Dustin Dennis Divine, 28, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011 in Daphne.
He was a 2000 graduate of Daphne High School and attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
He was very gifted as an artist and a very personable young man who never met a stranger.
Prior to returning to Alabama, he had been living in Joplin, Mo., where he had worked at Outback Steakhouse.
He was preceded in death by his younger brother, Dexter Divin in 2004 at the age of 19.
Survivors include 5-year-old son, Tyler, in California; seven siblings, Damon, Darren, Dana, Douglas, Darren L., Ronda and Robin; father and step-mother, Claude and Judy Divine; grandmother, Bernice Eden; step-grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews, all of the Joplin, Mo., area; one niece in Florida, one nephew in Alabama and his mother in Alabama.
No services were held in Alabama. A memorial was held in Missouri.
