CROSSROADS, Alabama — The Tensaw River Bream Club is expecting up to 100 children to participate in an annual Easter Egg hunt April 7, with all proceeds earmarked for their needy family Christmas fund.
The site is .25 miles north of State Road 225 on County Road 138 near Bay Minette. Direction signs have been posted. Festivities begin at 10 a.m. Children up to age 12 are eligible to participate. Children must be accompanied by a guardian.
About 1,500 eggs will be available for discovery. A turkey shoot will follow the Easter Egg hunt, according to organizer Henry Coxwell. The group raised $200 at a turkey shoot last month.
