Edith Flink Hinnen, 81, a native of Hilversum, the Netherlands and resident of Gulf Shores, died Sunday,May 5, 2013.
Mrs. Hinnen is survived by her husband, Gerritt Jan Hinnen; son, Dr. Jan (Marsha) Hinnen; daughters, Jeannette (Pete) Bignotti and Karen Hinnen; son, Paul Hinnen; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Friday, May 10, 2013, at 1 p.m., at Gulf Shores United Methodist Church.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in Mrs. Hinnen’s name to the Presbyterian Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (PAHSA), 2845 Hamline Ave. N., Roseville, MN 55113, 800-720-7434, www.pahsa.org.
