Jon Bowie and Amy Huff both earned the title of Overall Male and Female 5K Race winners at the 8th Annual Magnolia Run presented by the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, April 2nd in Magnolia Springs. Bowie has been the Overall Male 5K race winner every year the Magnolia Run has been held.

The weather was picture perfect as a record 300 runners and walkers of all ages took to the streets in the 5K Race, 5K Race/Walk, and 1 mile Fun Run through the picturesque Town of Magnolia Springs. Dr. Art Holmes of Foley again served as the events race director.

Runners enjoyed a post race party with music provided by Tim Brown Entertainment and red beans & rice provided by Jesse’s Restaurant. South Baldwin Regional Medical Center was the Presenting Sponsor for the event.
