Elaine B. Allen, 90, a resident of the Styx River area, passed from her earthly body into Jesus’ arms on June 17, 2014.
Elaine was at peace and looking forward to being reunited with her husband, Ben; daughter-in-law, Helen; and many friends who had gone on before her.
She is survived by son, Mike; and a sister, Marcella Sala of Texas; plus a loving church family.
She was a retired school board secretary and tax collector for New Gretna, N.J., and active both here and in New Gretna.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 20, 2014, at 11 a.m., at Bethel Baptist Church in Robertsdale, with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
