Elizabeth Crawford Adams departed this life April 1, 2014 at a local hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William S. Adams; and three sons, Theodore, Authur and William Lamont.
She is survived by her three sons and six daughters, Robert (Linda), Edward, Michael (Debra) a loving and devoted daughter, Mamie Adams, Shirley Quaites, Constance Rover, Patricia Hall (Bruce), Pegan Harris (Kenneth) and Juana McCorvey (Wandel); 25 grandchildren; a devoted granddaughter, Monique Adams Williams; a devoted great-granddaughter, Gabby Deshotel; 49 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; two devoted nieces, Barbara Crawford and Maxine Stallworth; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 5, 2014, at 11 a.m., at the Shrine of the Holy Cross in Daphne. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow in Montrose Cemetery.
