Elizabeth Frances FitzPatrick, 90, a native of Brooklyn, N.Y., and a resident of Fairhope, died Monday, Dec. 13, 2010.

She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. She started the Welcome Wagon Club in Fairhope and retired from the Catholic Week with the Archdiocese of Mobile.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. FitzPatrick; two stepsons, Charles T. FitzPatrick and William J. FitzPatrick; and three brothers, Francis Biechele, Joseph Biechele and Raymond Biechele.

Survivors include two daughters, Kathleen (Patrick) DeLouise of Mandeville, La., and Maureen (Brad) Deyton of Fairhope; two sons, Joseph (Marian) FitzPatrick of Covington, La., and Thomas (Treva) FitzPatrick of Mobile; sister, Sister Louis Marie Biechele, SSJ, of New York; 20 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation begins at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18 at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope, with funeral services at 2 p.m. from the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Colony Cemetery, Fairhope.
