Elizabeth H. Norris, 87, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile County, passed away Sunday Dec. 15, 2013.
She retired after 42 years with GM&O/ICG Railroad.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Nannie Norris; and beloved nephew, Thomas W. Norris III.
Survivors include her brother, Thomas W. Norris Jr.; niece, Kathy (Gene) McGrew; nephew, Richard Norris; niece-in-law, Janet Norris; great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Serenity Funeral Home in Mobile on Wednesday Dec. 18, 2013, at noon. Visitation will be on Wednesday, from 10 a.m. until noon.
Interment will be in Grand Bay Cemetery.
