Era Mae Prochazka, 89, a native of Evergreen and resident of Goshen, died Monday, Jan. 19, 2015.
Mrs. Prochazka was predeceased by her husband, Frank Prochazka.
She is survived by her sons, Robert (Mary) Bullock of Summerdale and Donald Bullock of Titus.
A visitation will be held from noon to 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 23, 2015 at Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley.
The funeral service will follow.
Interment will be in Pine Rest Memorial Park.
