FAIRHOPE, Ala. — The Eastern Shore Art Center, 401 Oak St. in Fairhope, will open its new exhibition “Soul Origami: New Paintings and Objects That Explore Juxtapositions,” artwork by Maxey Andress, on Thursday. The exhibit will run through Sept. 3 in the Courtyard Gallery.
The opening coincides with the Fairhope ArtWalk that will move to Thursday this month due to the Independence Day holiday.
The show will examine the ever-evolving nature of our perceptions and the unique relationship that lives between things that appear separate.
Black, White and Red All Over (all artwork in that color palette) by various artists will hang in the Whiting Gallery.
Art Treasures Silent Auction will occupy the Woolley Gallery, and will close on July 26 with “Hot Salsa Night.”
