FAIRHOPE, Ala. — First Friday ArtWalk (June 4, 6-8 p.m.) signals the beginning of June exhibits at the Eastern Shore Art Center in Fairhope.

•ArtPartners by the Bay is a signature program of VSA Alabama.

It is designed to provide a socially inclusive environment where local community artists and VSA emerging artists with disabilities and chronic illnesses can build meaningful relationships through participation in the creative arts.

For this show, local artists will become ArtPartners to adults and children with disabilities to create unique works of art.

View the result of this incredible collaboration throughout the month, and then join ESAC for the VSA auction June 24th, at 6 p.m. Tickets are $25 each.

•Artalicious: A Delightful Taste of Children’s Art runs through July 3.

“Miss Jackie” Roberson has been teaching preschool children at ESAC for many years. She enters the art world with students in an innovative way, inspiring and engaging them with a sense of creative play.

Roberson specializes in turning cardboard and recycled material into fabulous creations.

This exhibit is a compilation of four months of children’s artwork transformed in the teacher’s unique way.

•Mobile Watercolor and Graphic Arts Juried Show runs through June 25.

The spring juried exhibition will display selected artwork by current members of the society, one of the oldest arts organizations in the Mobile area, and will also serve as the forum for consideration and selection of new artist members into the society.
