Eunice Turner Smith, 83, born in Clark County and a resident of the White House Fork community, died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2014 at Eastern Shore Rehab and Health Center.
She was a secretary at the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Department and also Gulf Security, where she retired.
She is survived by two sons, Craig (Sandra) Smith of Rabun and Keith (Susan) Smith of Crossroads; five grandchildren, Sara (Robby) Averette, Nick Smith, Jamie (Jonathan) Scott, Blaine (Ashley) Smith and Ryleigh (Lee) Huggins; and six great-grandchildren, Caleb Scott, Carlee Scott, Jill Smith, Garrett Mercer, Emma Huggins and Elsie Averette.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hilton C. Smith; three brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014, at 2 p.m., at White House Fork Pentecostal Holiness Church, with the Rev. Fred Stallworth officiating.
Burial will follow at Perdido Baptist Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014, from noon until 2 p.m., at White House Fork Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Pallbearers will be Nick Smith, Robby Averette, Blaine Smith, Jonathan Scott, Caleb Scott and Lee Huggins.
