Miss Rebecca Stoddard and Miss Katie Norris' Fairhope Elementary first grade classes have started a year-long project based learning project on Australia. Last week, the students researched airports and airplanes. Then, the classes worked together to construct a fully staffed airport and airplane. Finally, the students took a flight to Australia to begin research on the cultures and land regions Down Under.
