FAIRHOPE,
Alabama—A public hearing for final plat approval of a proposed
“three-lot minor subdivision” is scheduled for Monday before the
Fairhope Planning Commission.
“Moore surveying is requesting Final Plat approval of Jabez
Addition to Fairhope, a three-lot minor subdivision,” a planning
and building department report on the project states. “The property
is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Dyer Road
and Jubilee Trail.”
The department’s report recommends approval of the request subject
to two conditions: “1. A note shall be added to the plat stating a
BMP Plan shall be provided at the time of building permit. 2. The
submittal of a flow model that meets the approval of the City of
Fairhope’s Water and Sewer Superintendent, after the acceptance of
the utility lines by the City.”
The report stated that a flow model had not been submitted, but
that the applicant has contracted with an engineering firm to
perform the model and that the results are pending. The sole
investor associated with the request is William H. Wyatt, according
to the report.
The commission meets at 5 p.m., Monday, Feb. 6, in City Council
chambers at the Fairhope Municipal Complex.
