FAIRHOPE, Ala. — The Fairhope Police Department made the following reports available for review on Monday, Aug. 17, 2009. When juveniles are arrested, their names and identifying information must be kept confidential.

ARRESTS

Aug. 17

•Troy Steven Wiles, 37, of Daphne, was arrested at the Fairhope Police Station and charged on alias warrants for public intoxication, disorderly conduct, driving with no insurance and switched tags.

Aug. 19

•John Wayne Holmes, 43, of Crestview, Fla., was arrested at Greeno Road and State Highway 104 and charged with 17 charges of negotiating with a worthless negotiable instrument.

•Kaila B. Kellett, 19, of Foley, was arrested at 10040 County Road 48 and charged with alcohol under 21.

•Edward Hanner Claude Jr., 55, of Mobile, was arrested at the police station and charged on an alias warrant for harassing communications.

•William Haden Hudson, 22, of Foley, was arrested at 10040 County Road 48 and charged with public intoxication, obstructing justice/using a false identity; and a failure to appear warrant for dangerous drugs.

•Timothy Cornelious Darnell, 21, of Fairhope, was arrested at a traffic stop at Spring Run and Advanced Auto Parts and charged with possession of marijuana, II.

•Brian Andrew Wynn, 34, of Fairhope, was arrested at a traffic stop at County Road 24 and State Highway 181 and charged with driving under the influence and possession of a prescription drug without a prescription.

Aug. 20

•Ian Matthew Riblet, 29, of Fairhope, was arrested at Section and Pine streets and charged with possession of a forged instrument, II; fraudulent use of a credit/debit card; and an alias warrant for possession of a forged instrument, II.

•Jessica Renea Elliott, 21, of Magnolia Springs, was arrested at Gayfer Avenue and Meadowbrook Lane and charged with possession of marijuana, II.

•John Robert Ellis, 27, of Fairhope, was arrested at a traffic stop at Gayfer Avenue and Meadowbrook and charged on warrants for harassing communications and criminal trespass, III.

•Leslie Lovell Perdue, 35, of Foley, was arrested at City Hall and charged on alias warrants for possession of marijuana, II; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aug. 21

•Charlton Adee Kirkconnell, 35, of Fairhope, was arrested at County Road 32 and State Highway 181 and charged with illegal possession of prescription drugs.

Aug. 22

•Ty C. Storm, 18, of Fairhope, was arrested at Greeno Road and Middle Street and charged with alcohol under 21.

•Jackson D. Berga, 18, of Fairhope, was arrested at Greeno Road and Middle Street and charged with alcohol under 21.

•A juvenile, 15, of Fairhope, was arrested and charged with alcohol under 21.

•A juvenile, 15, of Fairhope, was arrested and charged with alcohol under 21.

•Brenda Kay Bolden, 39, of Pensacola, Fla., was arrested at South Section Street and Twin Beech Road and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.

Aug. 23

•Adam Michael Mulligan, 25, of Fairhope, was arrested on Greeno Road, ad charged with driving under the influence and driving without first obtaining a license.

INCIDENTS

Aug. 17

•Criminal mischief was reported at Fairhope Middle School. Damage to a Traco double sash, impact-resistant window, was listed at $800.

•Harassment was reported at the 10000 block of County Road 48.

•Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported at an unknown location.

Aug. 18

•Property theft was reported at Ole Bay Merchantile. Five salmon Hibiscus plants and ivy valued at $250 and two 18-inch terra cotta pots valued at $60 were taken.

•Property theft was reported at a school at 400 Fairhope Avenue. An unknown amount of currency was taken and the damage to the doors and money tender was listed at $3,000.

•Burglary, III, was reported at the 15000 block of Scenic Highway 98.

•Harassment was reported at a residence at 201 Spring Run Road.

•Harassment was reported at the 300 block of Greeno Road.

Aug. 19

• 4-foot Johnson level valued at $75, a 2-foot Johnson level valued at $50 and a Milwaukee hammer drill valued at $200 were taken.

•Alcohol under 21 was reported at the 10000 block of County Road 48.

•Obstructing justice using a false identity was reported at the 10000 block of County Road 48.

•Burglary was reported at a construction site at 9509 County Road 32. A 5-gallon can of blue paint valued at $50, two wall electric lights valued at $110, a 4-gallon container of FRP glue valued at $50 and a pedestal fan valued at $25 were taken.

•Driving under the influence was reported at a traffic stop on County Road 24. A Tizanidine pill was recovered.

Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at Net Shops Inc. Internet sales. A VISA card was used to take $566.72.

•Burglary was reported at the Eastern Shore Centre where seven liters of various alcohol types valued at $195.

•Property theft was reported at a residence/specialty store at the 18000 block of Twin Beech Road. A pair of half-carat stud earrings valued at $1,800, two 1-carat princess cut multiple stone warrings valued at $900, a 3 carat diamond ring valued at $3,000, a 1 carat, four-stone diamond-cut necklace set valued at $2,000, a bracelet valued at $500 and a 2.5-carat solid stone diamond valued at $16,000 were taken.

•Possession of marijuana was reported at a traffic stop at Spring Run Drive and Advanced Auto Parts. A plastic bag of marijuana was recovered.

Aug. 20

•Property theft was reported at a residence at the 9000 block of hollow brook. A green leather purse valued at $50, a checkbook for Baldwin County Federal Credit Union valued at $15 and a black leather wallet valued at $35, were taken.

•Domestic violence was reported at a residence at the 900 block of Gayfer Avenue.

•Property theft was reported at a residence at the 9000 block of Hollowbrook Avenue. A pair of gold, Antonio Melani shoes valued at $60 were taken.

•Property theft was reported at 177 Baldwin Square shopping center, Suite C. Allergy and cold medicine were taken.

•Property theft was reported at the 19000 block of Gunnison Road. A Tag Heuer men’s watch valued at $550 was taken.

•Harassment was reported at a residence at the 600 block of Middle Street.

•Property theft was reported at a parking lot at the 1900 block of Greeno Road. A white, 1984 Dodge van with red interior valued at $1,200 was taken.

Possession of marijuana was reported at a traffic stop at Gayfer Road and Meadow Brook. A burned marijuana cigarette was recovered.

Aug. 21

•Illegal possession of prescription drugs was reported at a traffic stop at County Road 32 at State Highway 181. Five 5mg Lortab pills were recovered.

Criminal mischief and property theft were reported at the Fairhope campus of Faulkner State Community College. Cash taken and damage to a Coke machine was listed at $2,750.

•Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card was reported at Bayshore Market where $82.22 was taken.

•Harassment was reported in Fairhope.

•Forgery was reported at a drug store at the 50s block of Greeno Road involving eight prescriptions for Sumatripton.

•Property theft was reported at 300 N Church St. A black and Decker side grinder valued at $140 was taken.

•Property theft was reported at a storage facility at U.S. 98 and County Road 24. A Kenmore washer and a Kenmore dryer, each valued at $300, were taken.

•Leaving the scene of an accident was reported at the Big Lots parking lot. A black Dodge Durango received unspecified damage to the driver’s door panel and side mirror.

•Property theft was reported at a residence at the 20000 block of Lowry.

•Property theft was reported at a service station at the 300 bock of Greeno Road where $23.02 in gasoline was taken.

•Property theft was reported at a residence on Boise Lane. A black Kenneth Cole wallet valued at $40, a pink bag of make-up valued at $200 and various pills, a credit cards and checks were taken.

•Loitering was reported at the 200 block of Spring Run.

Aug. 22

•Alcohol under 21 was reported on a highway.

•Alcohol under 21 was reported on a highway.

•Animal cruelty was reported at 10040 County Road 48.

•Property theft was reported at a residence at the 18000 block of Denton Road where $25 in currency was taken.

•Harassment was reported at a residence on hollow brook Drive.

•Criminal mischief was reported at the 100 block of Beach Road. Damage to the pain on the driver’s door of a gray 2002 Toyota Camry was listed at $400.

•Possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication were reported on South Section Street. A glass pipe containing burnt marijuana was recovered.

Aug. 23

•Loitering was reported at a Spring Run apartment.

•Reckless endangerment was reported on a Fairhope highway.

•Harassing communications were reported at a Gayfer Road Extended residence.

•Domestic violence was reported at a residence at the 19000 block of Heard Road.

•Driving under the influence was reported on South Greeno Road.

•Harassing communications/domestic violence were reported at Thomas Hospital.

•Harassment was reported at a residence at the 7600 block of County Road 44.

•Property theft was reported at the 100 block of Mershon Street where $100 in currency and a red and white electric guitar valued at $1,000 were taken.
