The Fairhope Police made the following reports available for review on Monday, April 28, 2008. When juveniles are arrested, their names and identifying information must be kept confidential.

Arrests:

April 21

•Jerry T. Kittrel, 37, of Lucedale, Miss., alias warrant for driving while license suspended.

•Jason McKenna Knapp, 33, of Fairhope, alias warrant for domestic violence-harassment, III.

•Kyle Robert Husband, 23, of Huntsville, Ala., possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Jonathan Andrew Chapman, 21, of Fairhope, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Miriam Renee Woods, 20, of Daphne, forgery, II.

April 22

•Jermaine Demetri Dunham, 32, of Prichard, Ala., alias warrant for driving while license suspended.

•Alexandro Radu, 22, of Fairhope, DUI.

April 23

•David Lee Gordon, 40, of Daphne, failure to appear for driving while license revoked.

•Bobby Ray Melton, 24, of Mobile, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

•Brandon Crawford, 25, of Loxley, public intoxication.

•Eric Lamont Robinson, 36, of Point Clear, alias warrants for resisting arrest, giving a false name to law enforcement, harassment and two charges of public intoxication.

April 24

•Lewis H. McMillian, 19, of Fairhope, possession of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property.

April 25

•Adalid Perez Garcia, 37, of Fairhope, domestic violence, III; possession of marijuana, II; and public intoxication.

INCIDENTS:

April 20

•An incident of leaving the scene of an accident was reported along the roadway at Middle and Young streets. A 1991 Buick was damaged.

April 21

•Property theft, III, was reported at a residence at the 18000 block of Denton Lane. A check for $50 was taken.

•Forgery was reported at a supermarket at 187 Baldwin Square. Four checks for $7.93, $23.25, $25.82 and $244.75 were listed.

•Criminal mischief was reported at Greer’s parking lot in which the hood and passenger side of a white 1989 Mercury were damaged.

•Property theft was reported at a residence at the 100 block of D’estrehan Street. A gold charm bracelet with 15 gold charms valued at $3,000 was taken.

•Property theft was reported at a residence at the 9000 block of Merritt Court in which a Nextel radio valued at $50, a bottle of Lortab valued at $50 and an axe valued at $15 were taken.

•Possession of a controlled substance and marijuana was reported at a traffic stop on Greeno Road and Gable Street. A bag of marijuana, bag of cocaine, 4.5 Xanax tablets, 1 generic Xanax tablet, a hydrocodene tablet and a marijuana smoking pipe were recovered.

•A burglary was reported at a concession stand at Volanta ball park. A door and door frame received $150 in damage.

•Harassment was reported at the 100 block of Morphy Avenue.

•Harassment was reported at the intersection of South Mobile Street and Fels Avenue.

April 22

•Property theft was reported at Key West Inn on Greeno Road. A black micro-fridge combo unit valued at $350 was taken.

•Property theft was reported at the 400 block of Oak Street. A rhinestone Mardi Gras king crown with scepter valued at $1,950 was taken.

•Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported at a residence at the 100 block of Club Drive.

•An incident of unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle was reported at a residence at the 200 block of Pecan Street. A pair of size 10 orthopedic shoes valued at $217 were taken.

•Domestic violence was reported at Silverwood subdivision.

April 23

•Property theft was reported at 188 Hospital Drive Suite 405 in which $195 in currency was taken.

•Criminal mischief was reported at a business at the 400 block of Morphy Ave. A plate glass window received $300 in damages.

•Harassment was reported at a residence on Beecher Street.

•Harassment was reported at the 800 block of Sea Cliff Drive.

•Possession of a forged instrument and a controlled substance was reported at a drug store at the 100 block of Baldwin Square. A forged prescription sheet for Lortab and two generic Lortab 10 mg tablets were recovered.

April 24

•Burglary was reported at a business at the 7500 block of Parker Road in which miscellaneous papers were taken.

•Assault, III, was reported at a residence at the 7000 block of Martin Lane.

•Interference with custody was reported at a residence at the 1000 block of Twin Beech Road.

April 25

•Domestic violence and public intoxication was reported at a residence at the 7000 block of Greeno Road.

•Possession of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property was reported at a residence at the 10000 block of Gayfer Road extended. A crack cocaine rock lying on a table, four crack cocaine rocks in a white container, a Keitec 9 mm pistol with shells and a Remington Viper rifle with shells were recovered.
