FAIRHOPE, Alabama - Fairhope High ace right hander Grey Adams signed her letter of intent to play for the Samford University Bulldogs in Birmingham next year.

Adams will start her fifth varsity season in the spring with a 66-16 career pitching record with 932 strike outs thrown. Adams is part of a team that has won the tough 6A Area 2 title four-straight years and and advanced to the Elite Eight the last two. She will join former teammate Megan Dowdy at Samford.
