Fairlie Marks Odell, 71, a native of Montgomery and resident of Fairhope, died Monday, April 25, 2011.
She was a member of The Alabama Watercolor Society, a stewardess for Delta, and a direct descendant of President John Tyler, also General James Fairlie of the Revolutionary War.
Survivors include two sons, Kevin (Dianna) Odell of Claxton, Ga., and Buddy (Sharon) Odell of Spanish Fort; two sisters, Jeanne (Steve) Swingenstein of Pittsburgh, and Joan Thorington of Fairhope; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Courtney and Scott Odell; and two four-legged friends, Genny and Abby.
Visitation begins at 4 p.m. with a Celebration of Life services at 5 p.m. Saturday, April 30 from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. Private interment services will be held.
