The Daphne Public Library would like to extend a sincere thank-you to the Bay Rivers Art Guild and the  library patrons who donated to this year’s silent auction and helped make this year’s second annual Fall into Reading Celebration a success.

New to the festival this year was a raffle for a handcrafted chess set.  The winner of the chess set was Mr. C. Edmunds of Spanish Fort.

Favorite activities of the night were the book walk, face painting, balloon art and listening to the music of Linda Goodman and friends.

Many thanks to all who participated, volunteered and supported this event. This year’s event was sponsored by The Friends of the Daphne Public Library and Alabama Art-4-Us Grant.

All proceeds from the Fall into Reading Celebration help support the young adult area of the library.
