DAPHNE — Fall programs will begin at Daphne United Methodist Church today.

Dinner will be served at 5:15 p.m., with classes following at 6:15 p.m.

Disciple I: Becoming Disciples Through Bible Study will be taught and will cover the Biblical books of Genesis through Revelation.

Disciple II: Into the Word, Into the World is a study of Genesis, Exodus, Luke and Acts. These in-depth, 32-week studies of the Bible are ideal for those who desire a deeper spiritual walk through the study of scripture and the accountability of a small group. The $30 fee covers the study guide.

Additional Wednesday night classes include the Old Testament: Study of Genesis, a study of Daniel by Beth Moore, Making the Most of Your Marriage, The Sermon on the Mount, and Secrets of the Vine. First Place Ministries is also available and focuses on goal-setting and healthy lifestyles. Children’s and youth ministries are also available, and childcare is provided for children under age 5.

The church also offers ministry opportunities at other times during the week.

Disciple IV: Under the Tree of Life is offered on Sundays at 4 p.m. This study of the Writings of the Old Testament, John, and Revelation includes daily reading and weekly group discussions.

Ladies’ studies are offered on Mondays at 4 p.m. with A Woman’s Heart by Beth Moore, and Tuesday mornings at 9 with a study of I Peter. The Healing Ministry is ongoing, and meets on Tuesdays at 9 a.m.

For more information on any of these classes, contact Michelle Johnson, director of Ministries, at 626-2287, or visit the Web site, www.dumc.org.
