As part of the Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival celebration this week, Gulf Coast Newspapers and GulfCoastNewsToday.com will feature a contest among our multi-media users. Grand prize is an actual balloon flight with pilot Frank Anger in the gondola of his nationally-known patriotic balloon 'America'.

To register simply to the Facebook and follow The GCN page:

A random drawing among all the GCN Facebook followers as of 4:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon (June 13) will select the grand prize winner. Flight time will be Friday evening, requiring the contest winner to meet at 4:30 p.m. at Foley Elementary School for preparation and pre-flight briefing. Hot air balloon rides are of course weather-permitting, so even a postponed prize flight cannot be guaranteed.

Be sure to visit the above link and "Like" the GCN page prior to drawing time Thursday afternoon. Our winner will be announced on GulfCoastNewsToday.com and our Facebook page.
