On behalf of the Fairhope Volunteer Fire Department, I wanted to thank everyone for their donations and support during the recent loss of Fairhope firefighter Tim Lennicx. He was an asset to our community and to the Fairhope Volunteer Fire Department.

I know that we have a wonderful community but it makes me proud to serve a giving community and work alongside people every day who know the meaning of giving back. You helped make a difficult time a little easier for Tim’s family, co-workers and fellow firefighters.

Thank you again for your community spirit and for your continued prayers for the Lennicx family.
