FAIRHOPE, Ala. — The Eastern Shore Art Center’s December First Friday ArtWalk will take place on Thursday, Dec. 3, due to the Fairhope Christmas Parade being held Friday.
On display will be the Members’ Open Show and Profession & Passion: Artwork by Local College Faculty. Both exhibits will be on display through Dec. 23.
The Members’ Open Show is 2-D and 3-D artwork by ESAC members. The exhibit includes watercolor, oil, acrylic paintings, ceramics, photography, sculpture and prints.
All works are for sale, and would be great gifts for the upcoming holidays.
Profession & Passion is an exhibit of 2-D & 3-D artwork by faculty members from Bishop State Community College, Faulkner State Community College, Spring Hill College, the University of Mobile and the University of South Alabama.
Artists include Faye Earnest and Fred Marchman, Faulkner State Community College; Wanda Sullivan, Tom Loehr and Pieter Favier, Spring Hill College; Mary Elizabeth Kimbrough, Jason Lee and Monica Beasley, Bishop State Community College; Kate Seawell, University of South Alabama; Leah Nichols, University of South Alabama and the University of Mobile; and Phillip Counselman, University of Mobile.
