The academy is accepting applications for the program from those interested in pursuing a Doctor of Education in Sports Management (Ed.D) degree as a full-time resident student.
Those who are selected for the program will play an integral role in the course writing and development of distance learning and continuing education courses for Web-based instruction. They will also teach online courses in the academy’s undergraduate program, and undertake other assignments such as assisting in data collection and analysis.
The assistants will receive a competitive annual stipend, fully paid individual student health insurance policy, as well as a tuition waiver. Applicants must be first accepted as a student into the doctoral program.
