Mrs. Flois Robinson Powell, 86, born in Carriville, Fla. and a resident of Bay Minette, died Sunday, March 24, 2013 at North Baldwin Infirmary in Bay Minette. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, George H. Powell, Bay Minette; two sons, Robert H. “Bob” (Sandy) Powell and James E. Powell, both of Bay Minette; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Gary Devon Powell.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at 10 a.m., at New Day Ministries Church on Hand Avenue, with the Reverend Mel Hacker officiating. Interment will follow at Bay Minette Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 26, 2013, from 6 until 8 p.m., at Norris Funeral Home.
