Flora J. Lininger, age 55 of McConnellsburg, Pa, died Tuesday Feb. 12, 2013, in Harrisburg, Pa.
Born Dec. 11, 1957, in Mobile, the daughter of the late, Henry Thomas and Mary Lou Sherman. Flora was a home-maker, loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Lininger; four sons, Michael Jr. (Julie), Adam (Christina), David (Buffy), and Samuel (Evelyn); one sister, Elizabeth (Paul) Snyder; two brothers, Tommy (Jackie) Sherman, and Randy (Jackie) Sherman; a special stepmother, Winona Sherman; twelve grandchildren, and many more family members, too numerous to name, but loved just as much. A viewing will be held on Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, beginning at 12 p.m., followed immediately by funeral services at 2 p.m., at Vernant Park Baptist Church, 10891 Vernant Church Road, Foley.
