Christi Ann Foglesong and Russell Rawls Henry were united in marriage married at 4:30 p.m. June 23, 2007, at Richland United Methodist Church, Athens, Ohio. Dr. Jerry M. Henry, father of the bridegroom, and Dr. Timothy Waugh, cousin of the bride, officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. James Foglesong of Athens. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Helen Daugherty, the late Jackson Daugherty, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Foglesong.

The bridegroom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Jerry Henry of Fairhope. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Guy Henry and the late Mr. and Mrs. Russell Rawls of Selma.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white strapless A-line, lace-up gown. The gown was emphasized with dramatic overlapping embroidered organza panels featuring Swarovski crystals and beads.

Stacey Miceli, sister of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Brittany Foglesong, sister-in-law of the bride, Alison Gilbert, Jaimie Laughlin, Lisa Tucker and Bridget Wendling.

Mike Henry and David Henry, brothers of the bridegroom, served as best men. Groomsmen were Craig Foglesong, brother of the bride; Matt Blake, Edward Cotter and Travis Thatcher.

Ushers and Sword Detail were Capt. Adam Brill, 1st Lt. Jason Hvizdac, Capt. Eric Leckie, Capt. Joe Markel, Capt. Christian Pappas, 1st Lt. Robert Patmore and Capt. Jeremy Sibert.

Vocalists were Scott Waugh, Kelly Waugh and Michele Hudson. Greeters and program attendants were Jennifer Thatcher and Susan Colarco.

After a wedding trip to Puerto Rico and St. Lucia, the couple reside in Quantico, Va., where he is attending Expeditionary Warfare School.
