Foley Elks Lodge Names New Officers

The Gulf Coast Elks Lodge 2782 hosted a ceremony Sunday afternoon honoring their newly elected officers. A number of Past Elks Officers and Exalted Rulers from throughout the country were in attendance and assisted in the Installation Ritual.

The new Officers who will begin their terms in April are: Exalted Ruler: John "Jack" Dunn; Esteemed Leading Knight: Robert Herrin; Esteemed Loyal Knight: Ed Callis; Esteemed Lecturing Knight: Albert Millines; Chaplin: Joan Chipps; Secretary: Tom Tomlinson; Treasurer: Werner Feil; Tiler: Constance Svenson; Inner Guard: Henry Glass; Trustees: Robert Eddings, Billy Stephens and Gary Bonham.

The Gulf Coast Elks offer fully equipped RV campsites and mini storage units at the Lodge location 2621 S. Juniper St. - near the rear entrance to Tanger mall and Gulf Bowl. Tuesdays feature Bingo; Trivia on Wednesday evenings at 6:30; and Friday Fish/Shrimp Fry with dancing and music by "Billy" or "Two of Hearts."■
