BAY MINETTE, Ala. — The Baldwin County grand jury will examine evidence against a Foley man who allegedly touched his genitalia to that of a female under age 12 in December 2010, according to Baldwin County District Court records.

Francisco Rodriguez, 19, of Sweet Gum Boulevard, is charged with sex abuse and remains incarcerated at Baldwin County Corrections Center under no bail.

According to court records, Rodriguez was arrested Feb. 15, following an investigation. He also was ordered to undergo a mental evaluation at the Baldwin County Mental Health Center.
