FOLEY, Alabama – Police are currently tracking a burglary suspect after a Nov. 22 break-in at two area businesses in downtown Foley. The unidentified man burglarized Hollis Furniture and Cahall’s Deli after dark.

The suspect stole approximately $30,000 worth of antique jewelry and cash out of a register, police said.
“We have not identified him yet but are working on it. He may be a suspect in another burglary out in the county,” Police Chief David Wilson wrote in an email to area businesses Nov. 23.
Surveillance photos were captured of the suspect in Hollis Furniture. The department sent the photos out to local businesses, asking for assistance in identifying the man.
Police have made arrests in another string of attempted burglaries on the same night. Two men reportedly burglarized or attempted to break into three businesses in Foley, including an AT&T store, C-Spire Wireless, and Beach Beauty Tanning.
