FOLEY, Ala. — Friends, family and colleagues posthumously celebrated the 64th birthday of the late Delores Woodard last week by releasing balloons in her honor at Golden Living Center in Foley. The Foley resident worked at the center for 44 years and passed away two weeks ago — just days before her birthday. Last week’s ceremony included the introduction of a plaque in Woodard’s name and refreshments.
