Virginia Foster, 66, a native of Alabama and resident of Baton Rouge, La., died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2008 at her home.
She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lennie I Williamson; mother-in-law, Lizzie J. Clark and a son, Mark Anthony Foster.
Survivors include her husband, John Mark Foster of Baton Rouge, La.; two sons, Robert Hallford and John H. Foster, both of Baton Rouge; four daughters, Ramona (Matthew) Denekas of Dothan, Rebecca (Shane) Pourciau of Walker, La., Karen Foster of Denham Springs, La., and Sharon Foster of Andalusia; six grandchildren, Angela Cheyenne (Jevon) LeBlance, both of Baton Rouge, Shane Foster of Denham Springs, Brandy Denekas and Cody Ray Denekas, both of Dothan and Hannah Pourciau of Walker; and two great-grandchildren, Jayden Denekas of Davenport, La., and McKenzie LeBlance of Baton Rouge.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, Oct. 22 at Fretwell Tabernacle Church with Helen Stewart and the Rev. Perry D. Pace officiating. Burial followed at Bryars-McGill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were, John H. Foster, Robert Hallford, Shane Foster, Matthew Denekas, Shane Pourciau, Jevon LeBlance and Cody Ray Denekas.
Arrangements were made by Norris Funeral Home, Bay Minette.
