ORANGE BEACH, AL – Four teenagers, one from Orange Beach, were charged with firing BBs from realistic pistols into cars in the Walmart Neighborhood Market parking on beach road.
Arrested and placed in the Baldwin County Correctional Facility on Nov. 4 were Solidad Fernandez, 18, of Orange Beach, Micheal Dyami Lott of Foley, 18, Brandon Lane Gentry, 19, of Foley, and Paige Kaitlyn Dunn, 19, no address given.
All are being held on $40,000 bond each and Fernandez, Lot and Dyami were each charged with two counts discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle or dwelling, one count of discharging a firearm into an unoccupied vehicle or dwelling. Dunn was only charged with one count on each offense.
According to Orange Beach police reports, one of the vehicles fired into contained an overnight Walmart worker taking a nap during a break from his shift prompting the more serious charges.
