Frances Caroline Harrell, age 87, passed away peacefully on Friday Jan. 4, 2013.
She was a member of the Foley branch of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is survived by her son, Kelly Cochran; daughters Janice York, Debbie Sharp, Teresa Davis and their spouses; a brother, Sylvester Bohon and his wife Alice. Also ten grandchildren; Kevin, Keith, Kyle and Kurtis Cochran, Michael Stratton, Frankie Little, Cliff Chambers, Heather, Bryan and Cameron Sharp. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Harrell; a granddaughter, Amber Chambers and a grandson, Lt. Col. Mark E. Stratton III. A family memorial service will be held later in the month of Jan. 2013.
