Frances Dee Howard, 81, born in Boone County, Ky. and a resident of Bay Minette, died Monday, June 2, 2014 at her daughter's residence in Florida.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, William M. (Peggy) Howard and Ricky Dee (Liz) Howard, both of Rushville, Ind.; a daughter, Billie (Robert) Lucas of Lithia, Fla.; a sister, Dorcas Jacobs of Omaha, Ark.; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William M. Howard Jr.; and a son, Rusty Howard.
Graveside services and burial will be held Thursday, June 12, 2014, at 1 p.m., at Pine Grove Cemetery in Bay Minette, with the Rev. Val Obregon officiating.
