Frances Evelyn Jones Styron, 95, died Friday, May 20, 2011 at her nieces home in Fort Morgan with her husband by her side.
She was affectionately known to many as “Aunt Frank. A native of Rutledge, she moved to Baldwin County as a child, attended Swift School and graduated from Foley High School. She nutured many young people on her farm in Bon Secour.
She was preceded in death by son, Harvey Styron.
Survivors include her husband of 74 years, George “Bill” Styron; many nieces, nephews and friends.
The family wishes to thank Ascera Care for their compassionate care.
Visitation begins at 10 a.m. with funeral services at 11 a.m. Monday, May 23 at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Bon Secour. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.
