Frances Sanderson, 85, born in Sapps, Ala. and a resident of San Angelo, Texas, died Sunday, May 11, 2014.
She was a retired schoolteacher for the Baldwin County Board of Education.
She is survived by three sons, Derrill (Wilma) Stuart M.D. of San Angelo, Texas, Bob (Lynn) Stuart of Cleveland, Tenn. and David Stuart of Corpus Christi, Texas; one stepdaughter, Gesile Waltman of Saraland; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services and burial will be held Saturday, May 17, 2014, at 10 a.m., at Bay Minette Cemetery, with Dr. Chip Starnes officiating.
The family will receive friends Friday, May 16, 2014, from 5 until 7 p.m., at Norris Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1628, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
