Frances Sudie Golden Rush, 87, a native of Mobile and a resident of Daphne, passed away Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fonnie and Eula Golden; four brothers, Harold Golden, Earnest Golden, Bubba Golden and Charlie Golden; and one sister, Carrie Penton Bivona.
She is survived by her husband, Lt. Col. Theodore (Ted) Rush of Daphne; two sons, Gen. Timothy R. (Penny) Rush of Charlotte, N.C. and Robert J. (Jeanie) Rush of Daphne; a daughter, Susan R. (Joe) Hudson of Daphne; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren: a brother, James Golden of Gulf Shores; a sister, Louise Chambers of Spanish Fort; and many other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2014, from 5-7 p.m., at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home in Daphne.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2014, at 2 p.m., at Jubilee Memorial Gardens.
