Audra Fox Gallaspy and Joshua Dowe Warren were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Dec.r 8, 2007 at St. Francis on the Point Episcopal Church in Point Clear.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Philip Ronald Milner of Greenwood, Miss., and Mr. and Mrs. George Wofford Gallaspy of Spanish Fort. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Howard Blower of Montgomery and Gary Glenn Warren of Dadeville.
The Rev. Charles E. Morley and Deacon George W. Yeend Jr. officiated in the double-ring ceremony..
A program of nuptial music was presented by Karen Middlebusher, organist, Rebecca Richter Naish, soloist, cousin of the bride; and Georgia Huckabay, flutist. Scripture readers for the ceremony were Frances Richter Shields, aunt of the bride; and Rebekah Marlowe Warren, sister of the bridegroom.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a strapless gown of ivory silk, fitted with a mocha lace overlay of embroidered miniature flowers that delicately fell into a satin pleated waistline. The A-line skirt repeated this pattern. Mocha satin buttons continued down the back of the gown to create a waterfall train and sash. The bride wore a cathedral length veil. It was edged with hand beading and its center was monogrammed inside mocha silk lace.
Lauren Doty Scott of Leland, Miss., was her honor attendant. She wore a formal gown of brown silk.
The fathers of the groom served as best men.
Ushers were brothers of the bride, William Harold Gallaspy III of Fairhope and Philip McLane Milner of Tuscaloosa.
A reception at the James P. Nix Center in Fairhope followed the ceremony.
After a wedding trip to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas, the couple resides in Fairhope.
